What if I am not completely satisfied?

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your print that we offer a no-quibble money back guarantee. Simply email us at within 30 days of receiving your print and we will investigate the problem immediately, before arranging for it to be printed again or offering you a full refund.


How do I know if my image is good enough quality to print?

Our image detection software will assess your image upon upload and only allow you to order prints based on the resolution of your photo. This ensures that you will not order a size unsuitable for your image.


Will you enhance my image prior to printing?

For non-professional images we will always look to enhance where possible. This is what really sets us apart from the rest. It is very easy to quickly hit print and send out a canvas or photo print without trying to enhance it before hand. At Forth Print Studio, we look at each image individually, and subsequently apply editing techniques suited to your specific image.

For professional or high quality photos, we will as standard apply a very subtle brightening and sharpening technique in order to ready it for printing on your chosen media. If you are unsure in any way then please contact us for clarification. What frames do you use for your stretched canvas?

We use knotless, finger jointed stretcher bars made from responsibly sourced North European Redwood Pine. Our frames will sit flush to your wall unlike many of the cheaper frames made from bars imported from Asia.


What inks do you use?

We use Canon's 12 Colour Lucia EX ink set which are guaranteed for over 75 years.


What file formats do you accept?

We accept both JPEG and TIFF files.


How large can you print?

We can print up to 40"x60".


Can my order be sent to an alternative address?

Yes simply provide a seperate billing and shipping address and we will ship your print accordingly.


I wish to purchase as a gift, how will my order be packaged?

All canvases are carefully packaged in brown craft paper before being securely finished with bubble wrap and then boxed. We are often complimented on our packaging so you can feel confident if purchasing as a gift.


Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, no problem! All orders can be available to collect at our retail unit in the Kingsgate Centre, Dunfermline. Simply choose the "collect in-store" option at checkout and we will notify you by email when it is available. You can then collect at a time convenient to yourself. Our opening times are 10 till 5 Monday to Saturday.
